nextman was founded by Claes Nielsen, who has 12 years of experience in recruitment of executives and specialists.

Claes Nielsen is the former managing director of Cultivator Recruiting. Under his leadership this company developed from a small recruitment company into the second-largest Danish recruitment business.

Claes Nielsen is M.Sc. in biology and has a bachelors degree in human physiology. These educations led to Claes Nielsen to the pharmaceutical industry, and for 11 years he held various top management positions here.

Today, nextman is growing. In 2008 nextman joined the international executive search organization CFR Consulting Group. Thus , nextman can offer recruitment of managers and specialists in an international setup.
